In an attempt to reduce California’s deficit, Governor Brown has proposed a substantial weakening of the Hayden Act, including sections that require shelters to care for homeless and lost companion animals for up to six days before euthanizing them. This holding period is crucial to allowing lost dogs and cats to be reunited with their families or adopted when they are unclaimed or abandoned.

While California continues to grapple with serious budget concerns, lifting the Hayden Act’s mandate for humane grace periods before euthanasia would be irresponsible and short-sighted. Nearly 500,000 animals are euthanized in California’s municipal animal shelters annually, and more than twice as many are impounded. Eliminating the holding period would put thousands more animals at risk of being euthanized and prevent many families from being reunited with their lost companion animals.

The animal cruelty trial of twins Travers and Tremayne Johnson ended in a mistrial Monday after 11 jurors were unable to convince the single holdout that the brothers had set fire to the dog that came to be known as "Phoenix."

The Johnsons smiled faintly as the result was read about 6:30 p.m., after three full days of jury deliberation that followed a five-day trial. Their supporters high-fived each other quietly on one side of the gallery behind them; across the aisle, animal activists stared ahead, mostly stone-faced.

Whether the case will be retried is up to the Baltimore state's attorney's office, which couldn't comment Monday because a gag order is still in place.

Phoenix's 2009 death drew attention and outrage from hundreds of people, who donated thousands of dollars to find the dog's attackers. City officials created a new commission to combat animal abuse, and lawmakers have introduced bills this year to increase protections and criminal penalties.

"Phoenix was a catalyst for enormous change," Caroline Griffin, chair of the city's Anti-Animal Abuse Advisory Commission, said outside the courtroom. "That is her legacy, she has become the face of animal cruelty."

The commission released a report last year showing inadequacies in the city's response to animal abuse incidents, accompanied by a list of inexpensive recommendations for improvement, mostly training. Among the challenges Baltimore faces, the panel said, is a lack of communication among agencies that members described as "simply staggering."

The Johnson trial seemed to underscore their concerns.

The first officer to arrive after the dog was set afire on May 27, 2009, put out the fire, but she never secured or documented the crime scene. No supervisor was called to the site to lead an investigation, and no crime lab pored over it, according to court testimony.

A week passed before police decided which investigative team would be assigned to follow up. No one identified a third suspect captured on video running from the fire. And officers failed to follow evidence-protection protocols when giving the Johnson brothers' clothing to a lab analyst.

"There can be no certainty… because the Baltimore City Police Department, the Baltimore government failed Phoenix on that day. They failed from the very first moment," Assistant Public Defender Karyn Meriweather, who represents Tremayne, said during her closing argument Thursday.

She and defense attorney Sharon May, who represented Travers, hammered away at the flaws in the investigation in an effort to raise doubts about the Johnsons' guilt.

Meanwhile, prosecutors Jennifer Rallo and Janet Hankin hung their case on three things: A 35-minute surveillance video that showed part of the day's events; a Baltimore police sergeant's interpretation of the video; and using logic to connect the dots for the jury in the circumstantial case.

But for one juror, it wasn't enough, according to interviews with other jurors.

The group started out roughly divided, two jurors said, but after a few hours of deliberating, they shifted from seven or eight guilty votes to 11.

"It was a very thorough examination of the facts; we filled in a lot of gaps," said Benjamin Riddleberger, juror No. 10. "It's difficult to get 12 people to agree on anything, and we had a [juror] who just dug in her heels."

Jurors watched the video repeatedly. It showed Phoenix trotting down Presbury Street around 11:47 a.m., then greeting a man, who picks up her leash and delivers her to two males standing on a street corner at 11:50. One minute later, the two males walk her toward the alley.

"We were really looking at the video," said juror No. 5, a man in his 20s who asked not to be identified by name. "Eleven out of 12 of us believed that beyond a reasonable doubt that it was the two defendants with the dog."

Just before the dog appears onscreen, engulfed in flames at 11:58 a.m., three people take off running from the direction of the alley. One takes a left, while two others race to the right. That pair was identified in court as the Johnsons by Baltimore Police Sgt. Jarron Jackson. He had worked in that area for years and said he knew the brothers well enough to recognize them.

Most of the jurors believed him. "We thought Sgt. Jackson was very credible," juror No. 5 said. "We had only seen the defendants for five or six days and 11 of us were already convinced" it was them.

A close-up shot of Tremayne Johnson sealed it for many. It appeared to show him at the crime scene, deliberately walking toward it, sneaking a quick look, then turning around.

"It's a nonverbal admission of guilt that he knows what happened because he's already looking before he gets there," juror No. 5 said.

The dog, which was nicknamed Phoenix by rescue workers, was badly burned on over 95 percent of her body. Her corneas melted, her skin flaked away and the interior of her mouth was full of sores. She suffered for five days until her body gave out and she was euthanized.

Jurors described tense deliberations that lasted for more than 20 hours. Toward the end, the conversation turned heated, they said, with most jurors trying to change the holdout's mind. They went over the evidence repeatedly, studied maps, recreated steps, listened continually to inaudible police interviews and tried to make sense of poor transcriptions.

"It was one of those situations where she wasn't willing to infer anything, and the videotape, a critical piece of evidence by itself, is unclear," Riddleberger said. "We had to review it scores of times to begin to recognize clothing, patterns of movement of the suspects that we then observed in court" for comparison.

"There is no other logical explanation for who might have caused this," Riddleberger said. "It's hard, and you know, we all want justice to be served, but the truth of the matter is we all are trying to do the right thing and also move on with our lives. We got a [juror] simply not willing to listen to reason; there's not that much you can do."

The Johnsons' friends thanked God that the trial was over and said repeatedly that the evidence wasn't there.

"They have absolutely nothing," said Travers' girlfriend, Jasmiere Mann.

"We were praying for a not-guilty verdict so this case would be over," said family friend Tomasina Degree.

Ann L. Gearhart, director of humane education for the Snyder Foundation for Animals and a member of the city's advisory commission, called the case a learning experience.

"I think it is going to be a rally for not just citizens but the professional organizations in the city in fighting violent crime," Gearhart said. "That's what this case is: violent crime."

Travers Johnson is also facing attempted murder and assault charges in a separate case; his arraignment on those counts is set for March.

SABIE, South Africa - A defenseless dog was subjected to merciless mutilation when her supposed "best friend" chopped off her back legs and cruelly left her in that critically injured state for more than a week.

"She was stealing; now that she can't walk so she can't steal anymore," said the owner. He simply shrugged his shoulders when he was confronted. According to the remorseless man, he wanted to teach his dog a lesson so he cut her back legs off with a blunt axe.

When help finally arrived after a concerned neighbour in the informal settlement of "Fok-Fok" stating they had seen an injured dog, the poor skeleton-of-a-dog was in severe pain and shock, and displayed absolutely no reaction when she was approached. The black Africanis female dog was lying outside when the disorientated animal was removed from the premises.

When questioned why the owner chopped off her legs, his response was "ask the dog". It is an absolute horrific act of animal cruelty as the dog was lying and whimpering in pain for more than a week with her owner ignoring her. The owner also commented "see, now, I have no more problems with her". He also helped loading his other dog into the official vehicle himself which was taken to a temporary shelter.

The injured dog was taken to a veterinarian who was appalled at what he saw. "She was totally dehydrated and in shock and septicemia was already taking place - one could smell the flesh rotting." He said she was in severe pain and it was decided mercifully to put her out of her misery.
"But the worst was that she was totally dejected and had simply resigned herself to the fact that she was going to die, that this was her lot in life," The veterinarian was clearly emotional as he added that the dog "simply stared at him".

Her owner never gave her a name, so the rescuer named her Babyface.

The incident was reported to the police and the owner will be prosecuted and charged with animal cruelty under the Animals Protection Act 71 of 1962.

Chamberlin, a lab-mix, was abandoned and found tethered to a tree, emaciated, and too weak to stand. His frail body was discovered when someone attempted to mow the lawn. Chamberlin endured neglect that no living creature should have to experience. He survived two long, grueling months without food, little water, and no shelter. Nelli Brock and Wilbert Morrison, Jr., have been charged with 2 counts of felony animal cruelty and are expected in court on Friday, October 29, 2010. Dear District Attorney Henderson,

I have learned of extremely disturbing and malicious case of animal cruelty allegedly committed by Ms. Nelli Brock and Mr. Wilbert Morrison, Jr., and I am writing to express my support of imposing the maximum penalty. The victim, a dog named Chamberlin, was deliberately neglected, forced to endure an agonizing two months tethered to a tree with no food, little water, and no companionship. As the result of this neglect and subsequent malnutrition, Chamberlin was unable to even walk and was hidden in the tall grasses; he was only found when the lawn was being mowed. It is essential to recognize that the decision to harm this gentle, innocent non-human animal was premeditated as demonstrated by the chronicle of abusive events beginning with Chamberlin being abandoned.

When I try to imagine what possible motive animal abusers entertain for subjecting their animal victims to such malicious, heinous acts of brutality, I fail, but I am thankful for a lack of cognitive understanding and rationalization. To voluntarily engage in such malicious behaviour suggests sadistic tendencies, and Ms. Brock’s and Mr. Morrison’s behaviour, causing unmitigated pain and suffering, demonstrates their incontrovertible lack of morality regarding other living beings and a gross disrespect for the law. In fact, a person who shows such a remarkable lack of compassion towards non-human animals has the ability to show such indifference towards human animals. This link between animal and human abuse has been established, and if we excuse this criminal behaviour by offering a lesser punishment we only harm ourselves by unjustly nullifying cruelty as acceptable behaviour.

I as well as a national contingent of concerned people are hoping that you will take an unyielding position against animal cruelty and hold these two accountable by sentencing them in accordance with the maximum penalty allowed. If the justice system does not administer the harshest penalty available, it is indeed excusing this malicious behaviour towards sentient beings, and to excuse this type of cruelty harms all by disregarding the basic moral tenet of respecting life and appreciating the value of it. Apathy permeates throughout society and damages all, and we therefore need to teach our children that the law does not excuse, allow, or enable cruelty against human or non-human animals. We need to demonstrate in both word and action that the human essence of empathy does not exist to excuse maliciousness, it exists to provide compassion and justice to the brutalized and punishment to those who willingly deviate from this capacity. If we do not do our duty to provide this, we harm animals and invite injustice into our society.

On the 19th May, 2010, The brutal reality of Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) interrupted the Barnes' happy lives, devastating Brooke, their 11 year old daughter. Lennox, their 5 year old American Bulldog Cross, was seized by police after a dog warden came to the house days earlier, saw the dog, and claimed it was a "pit type".

Lennox lived happily with the Barnes family and his two other canine companions before this day and never put a single paw out of place. He had been registered with the dog license bureau for the past 5 years of his life, in addition to being insured, neutered, DNA registered, Pet Safe Registered and microchipped.

Two years prior, wardens visited another family member's home who owned a male pup from the same litter, yet were told that their dog was not a Pit Bull; the same warden that seized Lennox apologised for wasting their time. The only difference between the two dogs is that Lennox is black in colour and his brother is brown.

As of July 7, 2010, Lennox has been held in prison, for 50 days, 3 hours, 11 minutes, 45 seconds and counting. His family is heartbroken and worried as Lennox suffers a medical condition that his owners do not know whether he's being treated for.

Please take action to urge Belfast City Council and the Lord Mayor to release Lennox back to his family.

PLEASE REINTRODUCE OR HELP SPONSOR Tracking Animal Cruelty Crimes Act of 2007 (S 2439)

Sponsored by U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ), this bill would have required the FBI to add animal cruelty as a separate category in its National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS). Doing so would have helped law enforcement agencies track animal cruelty crimes, and would have allowed researchers to study animal cruelty’s connection to other forms of societal violence.

The FBI considers animal cruelty to be one of the predictors of violence and considers past animal abuse when profiling serial killers.

"Authorities estimate that there are between 35-50 serial killers on the loose in the United States-and new reports of suspected killers are constantly surfacing all over the globe." According to an FBI Behavioral Unit study 85% of the world's serial killers are in America.

People who abuse and torture animals are clearly psychopaths. I've seen homeless people beaten up, kicked, bloodied-you know those thugs kicked cats for fun and find such activities "fun." So it does not bother them to kick homeless, ill people. Animal cruelty, especially cat/kitten abuse, is especially linked with rape and sexual assault because cats have this "female" connection whereas dogs are more "masculine". Even note the terminology of "pussy cat"; it's all about power and domination and enjoyment of HURTING, even killing, a helpless creature. "Pussy" cat and the derogatory word used for female genitalia is not an accidental label. THUGS who torture and kill cats-next it could be minor girls, or women; cats and kittens will be the FIRST victims before graduating to human (including child) victims.

When people take delight torturing animals demonstrates deviant behavior and high at risk for violent crime, domestic violence, even murder and serial killing; such individuals often abuse children. It must be clear when one abuses an animal-they will go to jail. People get away with what society allows them to get away with. Further, adults will teach their children to abuse animals and they will grow up thinking this is "normal" thus perpetuating violence and crime in America.

When a cat left footprints on Randy Roth's newly waxed car, he caught the cat and bound it to the driveshaft of its owner's car with duct tape. When the car was started, the cat was quickly dismembered, its screams muffled by the sounds of the engine. Roth later murdered his wife by drowning her near Bellevue, WA.

Richard Davis reportedly set fire to cats and used dogs for target practice as a child. He was convicted of murdering 12-year-old Polly Klaas after kidnapping her from her Petaluma, CA home.

Jeffrey Dahmer had an early fascination with dismembering animals. He tortured and cannibalized 11 people.

David Berkowitz shot his neighbor's dog. He confessed to six murders as the Son of Sam.

Albert DeSalvo put dogs and cats in crates and then shot them with arrows. We know him better as the Boston Strangler.

Luke Woodham... "Kip" Kinkel... Eric Smith.... Russell Weston Jr... Andrew Golden and Mitchell Johnson ...the list goes on and on. When asked how many serial killers had a history of abusing animals, FBI Special Agent Alan Bradley answered, "The real question should be, how many have not?"

The body of evidence linking animal abuse to human violence is convincing and growing. In study after study, a high incidence of animal abuse is found in the childhood histories of violent criminals, and embedded within the constellations of child abuse and domestic violence. Battered pets are a serious component of family violence and a sentinel indicator of other social problems and acts of interpersonal violence.

How is Animal Abuse Related to Domestic Violence?

In recent years, a strong connection has been documented linking animal abuse and domestic violence. A New Jersey study found that in 88 percent of families where there had been physical abuse of children, there were also records of animal abuse. In Wisconsin, battered women revealed that in four out of five cases, abusive partners had also been violent toward pets or livestock. The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence conducted its own study in which 85.4 percent of women and 63.0 percent of children reported incidents of pet abuse after arriving at domestic violence shelters. The Chicago Police Department's Domestic Violence Program took a look at the criminal histories of animal fighting/animal abuse arrestees for 2000-2001 and found that approximately 30 percent had domestic violence charges on their records. There is legitimate evidence that the individuals involved in violent acts against animals present a danger to the public that must be addressed. Intentional animal abuse is often seen in association with other serious crimes including drug offenses, gang activity, weapons violations, sexual assault and domestic violence—and can be one of the most visible parts of an entire history of aggressive or antisocial behavior.

These three murderers are also connected by the fact that each of them tortured and/or killed animals during their childhoods. 1966- Hellman & Blackman. Established that cruelty to animals is part of a triad of behaviors useful for predicting criminal behavior.
1971- Tapia.
1977- Rigdon & Tapia. Provided the first clear description and systematic study of children who commit animal cruelty. It established the typical animal abuser as being a male of average intelligence with an early history of antisocial behavior, with a childhood history that is likely to include gross neglect, brutality, rejection and hostility.
1980- Felthous. Studied two groups of male psychiatric patients, one with an assaultive history, and one with a history of animal cruelty. The second group was significantly more likely to have had an alcoholic father, set destructive fires, had enuresis past age five, been separated from the father, and cruelty was more severe towards cats than dogs.

1983- Deviney, Dickert & Lockwood. Studied fifty-three families in New Jersey suffering from domestic violence, and found that 60% reported that pets were also abused and/or neglected.

1985- Kellert & Felthous. Studied the relationship between cruelty to animals and aggression among criminals and noncriminals. They found significantly higher rates of cruelty toward animals among aggressive criminals.

1986- Kellert & Felthous. Follow-up study to predict future violence.

1991- Hickey. Found that in some cases killing animals was to relive the experience of killing human beings.

1993- Ascione. Cruelty to animals is a serious manifestation of psychopathology particularly when paired with other symptoms and a troubled family history.

1995- Schecter & Edleson.

1997- Edleson. Both the 1995 and 1997 studies found that children growing up in homes where there is domestic violence are at risk for psychological disturbance, with one sign being cruelty to animals.

1997- Ascione. This study surveyed thirty-eight women seeking shelter at a safehouse and found that 74% reported having a pet killed and 71% reported the pet(s) were threatened or harmed.
1997- Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Northwestern University. Examined criminal records of 153 animal abusers and 153 non-abusers over a twenty-year period. The study found that people who abuse animals are five times more likely to commit violent crimes than non-abusers.

RELEVANT STATISTICS ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND ANIMAL CRUELTY:

71% of abused women report that their batterers have threatened to hurt/kill their pets and have done so.
32% of battered women with children report that their children have hurt or killed pets.
25%-48% of battered women delay leaving an abusive situation for fear of what will happen to her pet if left behind.
40% of battered women report that they have been forced to participate in sexual acts with animals as part of their domestic terrorization.

On this Thanksgiving eve ...

I am thankful my Mom, Olga Maria Francisca is still in this Earth, even though she is not who she used to be. She was my idol, she was an amazing woman none could compare.
I am thankful for my three children Sergio, Gina and Bianca, that they are healthy and happy; and they have someone special who loves them and friends who care for them. I love you very much! I was as good as mom as I could be but I know there was so much I could have have done better.

Thank you to everyone that came to our 1st Pit bull Awareness day In memory of Horatio.
We sure had a positive reaction with so many people that we came across at Old Sac. It was very satisfying to see so many pet owners join us. Many people liked the idea of meeting every month. The bullies looked great! Mom's and dads in their bully shirts sure made the event special.

A dear friend, Suzi Johnston who attended said ," It was a small gathering, but it was sure heart warming. Some wonderful dogs in attendance (& some pretty nice humans too!). I know this will grow year by year!"

Pit Bull Awareness Day 2008

It's the 2nd Annual Nationwide Pit Bull Awareness Day.
Why a Pit Bull Awareness Day? In light of the constant negative publicity and sensationalized hype that surrounds pit bulls, Pit Bull Awareness Day was established as a day to focus on these incredible dogs and their devoted, responsible owners. This event will not only be taking place across the United States, but also internationally in such countries as Russia and Canada. Here in Sacramento a Meet-N-Greet and Bully Walk will be held. With the date being so close to Halloween, we encourage you to dress up your dog in costume, or even bandanna’s as a great alternative. We are asking for all responsible dog owners and well-behaved dogs to please participate. This is open to all breeds, but especially any that fall under BSL (Breed Specific Legislation). My sweet bully boy Horatio, as you know you are always in my thoughts. I have gone back to where I found you in the anniversary of your passing. I have you always close to me on my desk and in my heart. I miss you MY BEAUTIFUL BULLY but I am not sad anymore, because I know you are at Peace playing with bullies in heaven surrounded by Angels and Jesus. You came into my life to give me strength and to feel good about what has always been my passion, to rescue dogs. Dogs who have not had a good start in life and to fight for animal rights, especially bullies; like you. I love you my sweet angel bully Horatio.

I am fighting agains the BSL and trying to save many bullies. Along with many caring people, we have saved the life of Forrest, the bully from Denver. People like Rep Morgan Carroll, Delia Easton from Dogster, our friend Maureen ; we wrote, called Denver officials and demanded justice for Forrest. Even though his daddy, Chris had to give him up it was a huge step towards abolishing breed discrimination. I hope Forrest and Chris will be reunited one day.

Because of you my sweet boy, I was contacted by a lady who asked for my advice regarding a bully girl who was abandoned, neglected, abused and treated meanly. Now her name is Lucy, a beautiful red bully girl, only one year old, who was used as a puppy making machine for profit. I decided Lucy deserved better and was worried her life was in jeopardy. Lucy was rescued on august 19. She has been diagnosed with having a heart murmur, horrible infected ears, heartworm disease and had several abscesses in her abdomen.

She has been adjusting to more sociable life with many dogs around her and even a kitty. She has learned to play with toys and not to be scare just because we say no. She loves to roll on the grass and to play, catch me if you can with my catahoula, Osita.

I have also saved a basenji mix girl, Penny from the Delano shelter, she was due to be put down the day I rescued her, August 21. She is a sweetheart, a very gentle and affectionate little girl .
She has learned to walk with a leash, to eat her own food, to cuddle and be part of a pack. She loves to play with my basenji mix boy Zorro like only basenjis know how, rough playing but never mean.

It is with a very sad & heavy heart to inform you that our dear, dear boy, Horatio, is now in bully heaven.

July 4, 2008 - July 31, 2008

He will be missed greatly by Mommy Ena and her family. He fought very hard, for himself & for his mama, to stay in his only recently wonderful world. Physically his heart could no longer go on. She would like to thank all of his wonderful friends and supporters that have helped make the last month of his life, despite being so ill, the best month of his life.

doGspeed to you Horatio, we love you, you sweet, sweet courageous 4th of July bully boy. Your spirit will live on in the many lives who you have touched. We miss you. Your mommy will never forget her gentle brindle pit bullyboy, or his big brown eyes that told her that he loved her or his broken tail that would wag everytime he saw her.

I always thought I was luvabull, but now I know I am. I have a mommy, a sister who babysits me, a new bed, TOYS... omg TOYS... I love my toys. I think this one is supposed to be a football... or a pig.. it's a piggie football! :D

and I got a funny lookin' frog. It goes "rib-it." Frogs are funny. And a pretty blue collar. I think I look pretty cute in it.

I am making friends with my canine siblings and Peaches the Cat, too. Well, almost all of my siblings. Momma's spoiled little Basenji Zorro- Babaloo - is bit jealous of me and he ignores me. He does funny things to get Momma's attention. One night Momma gave me a bath like she always does and then fell asleep by me. She woke up in the middle of the night to go to her own bed and couldn't find any of her pillows. All 8 were missing. She found them outside in the mud. (Babaloo did that!)

My favorite things to do now are to watch my canine siblings play outside

Someday, I'm gonna be well enough to go romp around with them outside. I want to play really bad. But the doctors say I have to rest. I still have 102-104 temperatures, whatever that means. It makes me shiver & shake. Oh well, it's a good thing I like sleeping, too.

Sometimes I curl up on my Momma's chair!

My eye looks a little bad in that picture, but the doctor said he thinks it will be fine in a week. YAY! I eat and eat and eat yummy food two times a day but I can't gain any weight. The doctor says it will take time.

Ok, I'm tired now.

Hi, I'm Horatio, a Pit Bull puppy! I don't like thinking about my old life, because I was abandoned because no one loved me.

But on the 4th of July, this kind lady found me and she brought me to this new place she calls "my home." I tried to tell her about my old life, this happened and then this happened to me, but she said I didn't need to tell her, she could see what happened to me.

She said I was emaciated, I think that just means I am really hungry because I didn't have food for a long time.

I was wondering why I was so itchy all the time and why my skin hurt, and this doctor said I have a very bad case of mange. Some times it is pussy and I sweat blood. I don't like that! I have to get a lot of rest for that, take some medicine with turkey or jelly (yumm!) eat nutritious food and get lots of baths. My mommy says I'm a good boy.

I also have auto-immune problems. That means I just get sick easier than most other dogs, I think.

Mommy puts stuff in my eye too. She says I have real purdy brown eyes, but if one doesn't get better, I might lose an eye. WHAAAT?! I wanna keep my eye! I gots to see what is going on!

THEN the doctor says I got a heart murmur. Huh? The heart is for loving, and I think mine works real good.

The doctor also said me tail was broken... in FOUR places! I was wonderin' .... it hurt before when I was wagging it. I still wag it all the time now, because I am happy to have a mommy and a place to live.

My mommy and I go for walks every morning before it gets too hot. Sometimes, I cry when I think I lost my mommy. Once she was behind a tree and I couldn't see her!

My favorite things to do are to sleep, bark, eat my organix dog food, my yummy bones, and listen to mommy tell me about all my Angels and people who are rooting for me to get better.

My mom's friends set up this account for me at the doctor. They say I am real good when I go to the doctor and get my tests done. Some dogs, they don't like going. But I want to get better, so I don't mind. They tell me that I am going to have to go to the doctor alot until all my fur grows back. :(

If you can help with my bill, I will give you the biggest bully wiggle-butt wag and kiss ever!
