Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Spencer is about four years of age and weighs an estimated 55-60 pounds. He is always eager to get out of his kennel to go for a walk and his tail will wag like crazy. He does pretty well on the leash, but will excel with continued practice. Spencer has shown signs of being housetrained, but will of course need time in his new home to adjust.
