❤ ♡ ❤ ღ GRACIE - ID#A562272 ❤ ♡ ❤ ღ

 ____[[ADOPT-FOSTER-RESCUE]]____

I am a spayed female, brown brindle Boxer about 1 year and 8 months old. I am currently in foster care.

PetHarborPet Gracie is a spayed female 1 year old brindle Boxer mix full of spunk and silliness. She is currently in foster care where she has learned basic commands and is working on general manners. She loves car rides, eating ice cubes, romping around the yard (monitored, though, as she tends to be a bit of a Hoover vacuum), and especially loves to play in the sprinklers. But, after all the fun she loves nothing more than to snuggle on the sofa with you for a movie and popcorn, or take a snooze with you on the bed. She is just like any other happy-go-lucky pup, except that she has an esophageal abnormality that requires monitored water intake, slower feeding sessions and some crate time afterwards to allow her food to fully digest so that it does not regurgitate.

Gracie is a favorite of shelter staff and volunteers who are hoping she will soon find her forever adoptive home with someone who can be patient with her feedings, which take about 10 minutes twice a day and 1-2 hours crating after she eats. Gracie is quite the showboat and likes to be the queen wherever she goes, so she would be best as an only pet, or with a large breed male dog that is tolerant of her “it’s all about me, isn’t it?” attitude. She also requires a home with a yard for play time, and to be within a loving home committed to her continued training.
